ROLE DESCRIPTION: SUMMER MARKETING ASSOCIATE
- The A.R.I. CAP Summer Marketing Associate will work directly with A.R.I.’s senior leadership, shaping marketing and brand strategy while developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns.
- Identify areas of opportunity for marketing, branding, and partnership building.
- Determine what attracts our customers (and prospects) and how we can continuously deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Identify and assess marketing KPIs.
- Leverage consumer insights to create a cohesive (i.e. website, SEO/SEM, social, display, and email) digital marketing campaign strategy.
- Optimize A.R.I.’s social media presence (i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
- Evaluate emerging digital applications and technologies and provide perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Effectively document and present key features of your marketing research to share with internal and external constituents.
- Support the optimization of A.R.I.’s marketing strategies and processes by applying best practices to increase efficiency, enhance capabilities, and mitigate risks.

“NICE TO HAVE” ATTRIBUTES (SUMMER MARKETING ASSOCIATE)
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and digital performance marketing KPIs (CPA, CPM, etc.).
- Interest in identifying and applying novel approaches to brand building.
- The ability to design, build, and maintain websites and social media presence.
- Strong graphic design skills and the ability to create and edit PowerPoint presentations.
- Educational training or demonstrated work experience in Marketing, Digital Business, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or Arts/Media is preferred.
